Agriculture is the mainstay of the economy and about 85 percent of the population earns their living from the agriculture. The service and industry are the second and third sectors after agriculture, In terms of contribution to the country’s gross national product. Coffee is Ethiopia’s main export product followed by oilseeds, pulses, flower and vegetable makes up the rest of Ethiopia’s foreign currency earnings, with tourism set to make an increasingly important contribution.
