Day1. Transfer and Addis Ababa city tour
Arrive at Bole international airport and check in to hotel and depending the time availability make Addis Ababa city tour including National Museum to visit 3.4 million years old hominid (Lucy), the Trinity Church and Merkato (largest open air market in Africa).Overnight Hotel
Day2. Drive to Jimma
Morning after breakfast drive 345km to Jimma via Woliso .Lunch will be at Wolkite , en route visit beautiful Gibe gorge , Gurage and Oromo ethnic group and their villages. Overnight in Hotel
Day3. Drive to Mizan Teferi
Morning drive 213km to Mizan Tefari through Bonga (the birth place of coffee).En route visit different tribal villages such as Keficho and Yem . After lunch break in Bonga, continue drive to Mizan Teferi. Overnight in local hotel.
Day4. Drive to Kibish
Start your drive to Kibish on the way visit the Bebeka coffee plantation ( where they cultivate organic coffee trees, tea, spice as well as rubber trees) and enjoy stunning views which unfolds in front of us every minute of our drive . And late in the afternoon arrive at Kibish. Overnight camping.
Day5. Walk through Kibish Surma Village
Today you will make full day visit to Surma villages around Kibish. The Surma people are renowned for the strange custom followed by their women who, on reaching maturity, have their lower lips slit and clay discs inserted and Surma men are well known for their stick fighting. Camping at Kibish
Day6. Trek to Kolu
Morning resume trekking to Kolu, which takes 7 hrs, through mineral springs waters holes and late in the afternoon, arrive at Kolu camp site. Overnight camping at Kolu
Day7. Trek to Yella
Morning after breakfast you will trek about 8 hrs to Yella Mountain which is located on the top of the Village which has spectacular view. Late in the afternoon arrive at Yella camp site. Overnight night camping at Yella.
Day8. Trek to Omo National Park
This day you will trek to the Omo Park HQ and late in the afternoon games drive in the park. Overnight Camping in the park.
Early morning trek to Tum and Enroute visit the Dizi tribe; hereditarily very short people and who are known for their beehive shaped houses, Magi Saturday market attended by the Dizi, Surma, and the Nyangatom tribes. Overnight camping at Tum.
Day9. Trek to Tum
Day10. Drive back to Bebeka
After breakfast, drive back to Bebeka and arrive in late afternoon. Overnight in guest house at Bebeka Coffee Plantation.
Day11. Drive back to Jimma
Today you will drive back to Jimma through Mizan Teferi and arrive in Jimma late in the afternoon. In the afternoon you will be at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.
Day12. Drive back to Addis & departure
Morning after breakfast drive back to Addis Ababa and enjoy last minute shopping in Addis and participate in farewell dinner in one of the traditional restaurants. Then transfer to the air port and departure.
